Join the Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha for a fun fitness experience at InCycle !
Brother Mark Short is a Cycle Instructor at InCycle and will host a 45 minute class. All are welcome to attend! This class is good for all fitness levels, even first time riders. All you will need is workout clothes, shoes, and a water bottle. It will be a fun, high energy class where you will burn a lot of calories while working out with friends. Sign up asap as there are only 30 spots. I
Plan to arrive at 11:30am, class will start at Noon. Parking in the garage is free.
